What is a growth diagnostic?

A growth diagnostic is a structured 60-minute consultation that systematically maps every component of your customer acquisition system, identifies where growth is breaking, and produces a written report with a prioritized action plan.

It is the starting point for every Luma Growth Lab engagement. Before we build anything, we need to know exactly what is broken and in what order fixing it will produce the most revenue impact. Without the diagnostic, we would be guessing — and you would be paying for guesses.

What the diagnostic covers

The growth diagnostic covers six areas in 60 minutes.

  • SEO visibility: current organic traffic, keyword rankings, topical coverage gaps, technical issues
  • AEO readiness: are you appearing in AI-generated answers for your category queries?
  • Website conversion: is the site converting visitors into booked calls? What is blocking it?
  • Lead follow-up: how fast and how consistently are enquiries followed up?
  • Outbound pipeline: is there a systematic outbound process or only inbound reliance?
  • Google Business Profile: local presence, review velocity, category optimization

The diagnostic is diagnostic, not prescriptive. We are not selling you a service in the diagnostic. We are finding where growth is breaking. You can implement the findings yourself, with your team, or with us.

What you receive after the diagnostic

Within 48 hours of the diagnostic session, you receive a written Growth Audit Report. The report includes: a score for each of the six growth components (0 to 10), a prioritized list of the top 5 to 8 fixes, an estimated revenue impact for each fix, and a recommended 90-day action sequence.

The report is specific to your business, not a generic template. It references your actual website, your actual keywords, your actual outbound process (or lack thereof), and your actual follow-up system.

Who should book a growth diagnostic
